Achieving Greater Impact: Training for women in business is a unique training and coaching opportunity for women working in corporate or business environments who are looking for personal and professional development in their field.

The Achieving Greater Impact programme is delivered by Clean Break artists/trainers with decades of experience in theatre, community and corporate environments, in a non-hierarchical, creative, women-only space.
Clean Break trainers use creative techniques to support women to own their strengths and overcome barriers to progressing professionally. This opportunity is ideal for women who are interested in exploring creative routes to empowerment, and connecting with a leading social justice charity driving gender equality.
Achieving Greater Impact: Training for women in business
Over the day you will learn how to:
Communicate your strengths
Drawing on creative tools to explore and amplify the skills and qualities you bring to your workplace.
Maximise your confidence
Becoming comfortable with expressing and owning your strengths, receiving peer support and feedback, and developing your presentation skills.
Break through barriers
Overcoming your self-limiting beliefs and workplace challenges, and strengthening your voice.
Participants also have the option to book a bespoke one-to-one coaching session focusing on your goals and aspirations in the context of the training and ways to achieve them.
