Learners must be 19 years old on the first day of your course, however there is no upper age limit.
You need to be living in the UK or have lived in the UK, the Channel Islands, or the Isle of Man for the past three years.
A national insurance number, a valid passport OR original birth certificate is required.
You need to be enrolling on an eligible course at Level 3 and above.
