Business Blueprint: From Idea to Launch runs across three Wednesdays in September—3rd, 10th and 17th, from 10:00am to 12:00pm at the Small Business Research + Enterprise Centre in Guildhall, London. The course offers practical guidance from qualified business advisers, covering the essentials of planning, finance, and growth strategy.
What to Expect
Each session focuses on a crucial stage of building a successful business:
Day 1: Getting Started (3 September)
Explore the foundations of starting a business, including market research and industry analysis. Learn how to identify opportunities, assess competition, and build the knowledge base that gives you a competitive edge.
Day 2: Building Your Finance Model (10 September)
